"Winterset Tower" was done in charcoal and the original size is 16" x 20". This tower is known as the "Clark Tower" and is located in Winterset, Iowa where it was built out of limestone in memory of Caleb Clark, who was a stonemason and the first white settler of Madison county, and his wife Ruth. It was built in 1926 and stands 25 feet tall. The stone detail and arched windows and spiral staircase were such an inspiration for this piece of art.
