A very simple return policy:
Prints: If you're not happy with a purchase that you made for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of the order date. As soon as it arrives, you'll be issued a full refund for the entire purchase price. Outgoing or return shipping charges cannot be reimbursed unless the return is due to a defect in quality.
Original Artwork: Try the piece out for 30 days and if you're not happy with the purchase you made for any reason then it may be returned to the artist for a full refund if it is in the same condition as when purchased. Outgoing or return shipping charges cannot be reimbursed.
Custom Orders: All sales are FINAL.
Note: Artist maintains the copyrights to all artwork, even if the original piece has been sold.

Ship anywhere in the United States for $20 with USPS Priority shipping. Insurance for your artwork will be included for FREE and your artwork will be sent flat in a secure and sturdy box.
Orders over $350 ship FREE!
Typical lead time for a custom drawing or painting is 3-4 weeks. Holidays and high volume of orders can make this lead time vary.
Rush orders can be completed in 4 days for additional expense.
